Business background on the Founder of VOM

VOM was set up by Susie Stephenson to provide support to a range of businesses on a temporary basis, the company is supported by VA Associates from other backgrounds supplying a good variety of skills and experience.

Susie has been contracting for over 10 years and can offer a virtual or on-site service as and when required and is committed to ongoing personal development.  Prior to setting up the VA business Susie spent a number of years working as Studio Manager for a Graphic Design Consultancy; Client Co-ordinator for one of the Big 4 firms; Head of Administration for a prestigious private Mayfair Gaming Club; Office Manager for a new start up Joint Venture Project (Oil and Gas Industry), most recently working in Event Management and EA roles in the Oil and Gas industry.  Client-facing roles have been at the highest level working with Ambassadors, Board Members and CEOs. A wealth of experience covering a wide spectrum of business support skills ranging from office relocations to company start ups, employee home search, hiring support staff and organising many events around the UK and overseas.  Susie will be launching and managing Business Networking events for the Hertfordshire area as part of a franchise operation.

Susie holds the IAM International Diploma in Administrative Management; The LCCI’s Private & Executive Secs Diploma, BTEC Professional Award in Training; VACT VA Mastery Course Graduate; Currently studying for the Advanced Diploma in Business Management.
