Standard hourly rates for pay as you go option: Executive Level Virtual Assistance from £23 ph. Event and Office Management from £35 ph or day rate - call to discuss suitable options. Travel expenses will apply for Event and Office Management set ups on site. Hourly rates relate to professional services and will include time spent on the assignment, liaison with client by telephone or email and face-to-face meetings. Any additional costs incurred such as stationery, copying, printing, postage and travel expenses will be charged separately at cost price. Retainer packages are on offer for clients who wish to book a set number of dedicated hours per month, ideal if you need regular part time assistance and offer a discounted hourly rate. Monthly retainer packages (payable in advance) for Executive Level Assistance: 20 hours per month £445 (saving £15) 30 hours per month £645 (saving £45) 60 hours per month £1280 (saving £100) Payment for hourly-charged services will be invoiced upon completion and payment is strictly within 14 days. For successful referrals we receive from you we will give you two free hours of our time. Any assignments taken on are a minimum of 3 hours. Payment details: By Cheque; Bank Transfer(BACS); Cash. Terms: Clients will be sent a Contract Agreement detailing services to be undertaken and agreed costs, to be signed by both parties prior to commencement of any work.
